This 90min online workshop will give you the education and confidence you need to get breastfeeding off to the best possible start. We talk through antenatal hand expressing, skin to skin, how milk productions works, latching and much MUCH more! Any complex issues specific to you can also be discussed, such as an expected NICU admission, gestational diabetes, previous low milk supply, past breast surgery or any others.
